Authorisation conditions (ASIC original)
This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
(a) provide financial product advice to wholesale clients for the following classes of financial products:
(i) derivatives;
(ii) foreign exchange contracts;
(iii) interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor directed portfolio services; and
(iv) securities;
(b) deal in a financial product to wholesale clients by:
(i) issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products:
(A) derivatives;
(B) foreign exchange contracts;
(C) interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor directed portfolio services; and
(D) securities;
(ii) applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
(A) deposit and payment products limited to:
(1) basic deposit products;
(2) deposit products other than basic deposit products;
(B) derivatives;
(C) foreign exchange contracts;
(D) general insurance products;
(E) debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government;
(F) interests in managed investment schemes excluding investor directed portfolio services; and
(G) securities; and
(iii) underwriting:
(A) interests in managed investment schemes; and
(B) an issue of securities;
(c) provide the following custodial or depository services to wholesale clients:
(i) operate custodial or depository services other than investor directed portfolio services; and
(d) provide a crowd-funding service to retail and wholesale clients for the following classes of financial products:
(i) fully-paid ordinary shares of an eligible CSF company;
(A) published on an offer platform operated by the licensee only;
(1) titled Stride Equity; and
(2) accessed via www.strideequity.com.au.
