This licence authorises the licensee to carry on a financial services business to:
(a) provide financial product advice to wholesale clients for the following classes of financial products:
(i) derivatives limited to:
(A) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of wool only;
(B) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of grain only; and
(ii) foreign exchange contracts; and
(b) provide general financial product advice to retail clients for the following classes of financial products:
(i) derivatives limited to:
(A) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of wool only;
(B) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of grain only; and
(ii) foreign exchange contracts; and
(c) deal in a financial product by:
(i) applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person to wholesale clients in respect of the following classes of products:
(A) derivatives limited to:
(1) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of wool; and
(2) other derivatives which are entered into for the purpose of managing a financial risk that arises in the ordinary course of the activities of the person where the person:
is not making a market for any such derivatives; and
is only dealing in any such derivatives on the person's own behalf;
(5) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of grain; and
(6) other derivatives which are entered into for the purpose of managing a financial risk that arises in the ordinary course of the activities of the person where the person:
is not making a market for any such derivatives; and
is only dealing in any such derivatives on the person's own behalf; and
(B) foreign exchange contracts.
(a) provide financial product advice to wholesale clients for the following classes of financial products:
(i) derivatives limited to:
(A) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of wool only;
(B) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of grain only; and
(ii) foreign exchange contracts; and
(b) provide general financial product advice to retail clients for the following classes of financial products:
(i) derivatives limited to:
(A) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of wool only;
(B) derivatives relating to the wholesale price of grain only; and
(ii) foreign exchange contracts; and
(c) deal in a financial product by:
(i) applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person to wholesale clients in respect of the following classes of products:
(A) derivatives limited to:
